Refund Policy

At Holiday Kit Market (“HKM”, “we”, “us”), we want you to enjoy your festive shopping experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work on our Marketplace.

Please note: HKM is a marketplace platform. Sellers are responsible for their own shop policies in compliance with this Policy and applicable consumer laws.

1. Digital Items (Printables / Downloads)

• All sales of digital items are final.

• Because files are delivered instantly after purchase, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

• Exceptions may apply if:

• the file is corrupted or defective,

• the download link does not work, or

• the item is materially misrepresented in its listing.

• In these cases, please contact the Seller first. If the issue is not resolved, email info@holidaykitmarket.com with your Order number.

2. How to Request a Refund

• Contact the Seller directly through your Order page or by email.

• Provide your Order number and a description of the issue.

• If the Seller does not respond within a reasonable time, contact us at info@holidaykitmarket.com and we will step in to assist.

3. Dispute Resolution

If a refund request cannot be resolved between Customer and Seller, HKM may mediate. Our decision will take into account listing descriptions, provided evidence, and applicable law.

4. EU/UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the EU or UK, you may have additional statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive and similar legislation. This Policy does not limit those rights.

5. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
